Who we are

Ownbuilt teaches people to build an online agency with Claude, starting with a CRM, and sets agencies up with them. Contact: ownbuilt.ai@gmail.com.

What we sell

• The CRM Starter Prompt (ebook, English and Arabic): an online ebook with prompts and setup steps. You read it on our website with the personal license key from your receipt, on up to 2 devices.
• Done-with-you setup and done-for-you builds: by application. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before any work starts.
• The course: not on sale yet. You can join the waitlist.

Payments

Online purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle payment, sales tax and receipts, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Refund policy for the ebook

If you follow the guide and the prompts don't build the basic CRM it describes, we'll refund 50% of what you paid ($14.94 of $29.88).

• Ask within 7 days of buying.
• Email ownbuilt.ai@gmail.com with your order number and a short note or screenshot of where it stopped working. We may first suggest a fix.
• Refunds are paid back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and the license key is switched off.

This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

Using the ebook

You can use the prompts to build CRMs for yourself and for your clients. Your key is personal: please don't share it, resell the ebook, or copy it elsewhere. Each page shows the buyer's email. If a key is shared, we may switch it off.

No income promises

We teach a real process. We don't promise income or results; they depend on your effort and your market.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
